Examples of Special Events include, but are not limited to,  head shots, photo and video shoots, promotional events,  proms, birthday parties, award ceremonies, quinceañeras, galas, public speeches, & holiday parties.

The GLAM Team is happy to stay at your event to do hair and make-up touch ups for an additional charge of $75 per hour per artist.

​

  **Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice will not be issued a refund.

 

**Additional fee of $100 per artist applies for arrival times before 8:00AM, Sunday

events, and Holidays.

 

**An additional fee of $100 per artist per travel hour will be applied for driving distances greater than 45 minutes away from Nashville.

 

**Hotel and additional travel costs may apply for any drive greater than one hour away from Nashville.

​

**Clients must pay a minimum grand total of $100 for artists to travel on-location.

​

**Hotel valet or parking fees will be added to the total cost if applicable.
